in 2000 as well as other custom gifts.

First and foremost, your satisfaction is guaranteed. We take pride in our work and want your expectations to be met if
not exceeded.
Payment is due upon placement of your order. Due to the custom nature of our business, orders cannot be processed
until payment is received.
Most of our items are embroidered in-house and are ready for shipping in 7 -10 days. Engraved
items and stationery typically ship directly from our vendors, and will arrive at separate times in different shipments and,
although most ship within a few days, some orders can take several weeks to ship out. Please contact us with your specific
needs if deadlines need to be met.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee, depending on our current workload. Expedited
shipping charges may be applicable as well. Please plan ahead, especially during holidays and major events such as graduation. We
don't want our customers to be disappointed.
Once an order is placed, changes CANNOT be accepted. This includes address
changes, product details, changing an order to a rush status, monogram initial order, etc. Refunds cannot be issued once
orders have been placed.
We are not responsible for any packages shipped to an address that has been given to us in error
or is incomplete. Please check the information carefully, especially zip codes.
Returns will not be accepted without prior
approval from About Me, LLC. We will gladly send a replacement if an error has been made on our part or in the unlikely
event that there is a defect in the product that we didn't catch before customizing it. Refunds cannot be issued.
